Dark Souls item Mod

Part of a work in progress mod for Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition, I wanted to do a visual overhaul of the item assets drawing them all in the art style of the game Darkest Dungeon. Once I have more items completed I intend to upload this on Nexus.
